Several new features have been added to DCWarehouse Automation. These important new features include:
New Carton Label Feature: This can be used in an environment where product is boxed and stored for a customer but will be shipped at a later date. This will allow the user to create a box number, associate a sales order to the box number and specify the items that are being placed in the box. Once the items are updated a label can then be printed with the necessary information.
Credit Card Process Second Shipment: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the credit card processing to automatically process a second shipment credit card transaction without having to get a new credit card authorization. This will prevent delayed shipments due to a missed authorization. This will also improve efficiency and will save time from users having to monitor the credit card authorizations on orders.
Enhanced Receiving: There now is a new Blind Receiving Option. This forces your receivers to actually count product and not just enter the expected amount.
Enhanced Rate Shopping: The DCPackage Manager Rate Shopping, which is accessible at Order Entry and Packaging, now includes freight up-charges in the displayed rates. Customer Service Representatives can quote the actual rates with up charges at the time of order entry. This helps distributors make money on shipping and speeds customer service.
Create Pick List-Auto Run Scheduler: Automatically create pick lists from pre-defined settings. This eliminates the need to manually create pick lists and frees up data load during your busy distribution times.
Warehouse Package Manager - Collapse/Expand Tree view Menus: Users can now easily interact with the menu and locate data quickly and effectively.
Labor and Productivity Management Tools are important to a distributor's bottom line. Operation personnel can now analyze "real time" data and productivity by selected criteria such as the date range, the warehouses, employees and activities. DCWarehouse tracks many activities to the "second".
