Most packages rely on their own database which requires an expensive deployment to interface to an ERP System. DCWarehouse© works as an extension of an existing ERP System. All transactions are validated and update one system-real time.

This means we share the same master data such as:

- Item and part master data.
- Warehouse data including zones, locations and bin locations.
- Sales Order Information including, customer, items ordered and priority.

What is Integrated Shipping?

As an approved UPS®, DHL®, USPS® and Federal Express® provider we have a completely integrated packaging manager. This allows end users to improve their customer service by offering or shopping for shipping rates at the time of order entry or during the shipment process. You can package your orders in multiple boxes and track each box, order number, shipment information, weight and detailed item information.

Through the DCPackaging Manager®, you can print your UPS®, DHL® and Federal Express® shipping labels along with your shipping documents without dual entry. Our shipping solution does not require a third party shipping software because we work directly with UPS®, Federal Express® and DHL®. Save money on your shipping costs by using our freight up charge feature which allows you to automatically include an up charge based on a flat dollar amount or percentage. Do your customers require ASN's? (Advanced Shipping Notification) Use our automatic ASN Feature that can transfer all shipping data to eBridge®, SWK-MAPADOC, Kissinger or True Commerce ® EDI solution without double entry!

Unlike our system, Most 3rd Party WMS software packages use their own database and have a different user interface.  transactions requiring batch updating to the Sage MAS 500® (enterprise package and inventory transactions are not reflected in real time).

How is DCWarehouse© Supported?

DCWarehouse© is supported directly by our group and through a channel of authorized resellers. DCSC Inc. has strict authorization policies that require resellers have extensive knowledge of the Sage MAS 500® Distribution and/or Manufacturing Modules. Resellers must send a consultant to our certification course and have a minimum of one certified consultant on staff to maintain their authorized status. DCSC Inc. also requires reseller's to attend updated training.

DCSC enjoys maintaining a direct touch point with our valued clients. Many of our features come directly from our clients enhancement requests. All clients attend our three-day training session in Saint Louis that results in a project plan to implement the DCWarehouse Solution in your operations. DCSC Inc. then works with your local reseller to ensure your needs are met.

Does DCSC Inc. sell the hardware?

DCSC does not sell the access points, handheld devices or printers. We work with a variety of models including Symbol, Intermec and Zebra. Our preferred vendor is, Abetech, who can properly handle a thorough assessment of your wireless environment.
