Marketing Touch Points in the Industrial Buyer Journey

December 8, 2022 By Kirsten Austin

This #USAMfgHour Twitter chat “Marketing Touch Points in the Industrial Buyer Journey” was led by Paul Kiesche, President of Aviate Creative, a branding and creative agency with an edge in manufacturing located in NJ.

Kiesche began by saying, “Let’s get a good brainstorm going here about the industrial buyer’s journey. There’s no “correct” answer. A great Information Systems Manager, also known as an Information Technology (IT) manager, is really invaluable to your company. I have worked in the software business for close to 30 years and sometimes IS Managers can be the largest obstacle for modernization and progress.
