New DCWarehouse Software Features Include:
Credit Card – Increase Email Address to 255 Characters
Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to the credit card email field to increase the size from 30 characters to up to 255 characters. This improvement helps our clients using our optional DCCredit Card Module to interact with more customers.
Cash Receipts for Non-Referenced Credit Card Transactions
Within DCWarehouse© Automation when the ability to process referenced credit card refunds was added the ability to processed non-referenced credit card refunds was removed. This change now allows the ability to do both depending on the user preference.
Pack List – One PO Per Page
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to the pack list formats. This new form will allow you to combine multiple purchase orders onto 1 shipment and then be able to print a pack list for each of the items on each distinct purchase order number.
Pick List Format – Add FOB
Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to the Label, Box, and QC Requirement pick list format. The FOB field was added to display on the report instead of the field called ‘Who Pays Freight’.
Create Pick List – SO Complete will now ignore drop ship lines
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to the create pick list task. The option found when selecting orders to look for only sales orders that can be picked completed will now accurately exclude drop ship type lines since technically those lines are not shipped from your location but instead are sent from the vendor directly to your customer.
Package Inquiry – Show XML
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to the Package Inquiry to drill into the XML file for a given shipment even after it has been posted. In prior versions you could only access this from the screen in Warehouse Package Manager but once a shipment was posted it could no longer be accessed directly in the system. This is now available with the Package Inquiry at any time.
Replace Extended ASCII Characters for XML
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to the XML requests for the carriers listed below to ensure that unsupported ASCII characters are replaced at the time of shipping.
Performance Inquiry – Breakout Orders and Item Count
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to Performance Inquiry to better breakout the amounts picked for orders totals as well as item totals. The new functionality will allow you to see the breakout for each by the type of picking such as fast picking, wave picking, etc.
RF Productivity – Add Skipped Quantity
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to the RF Productivity to be able to display the quantity for any given line that was skipped during picking. In prior versions only the pick list and item were displayed. The user will now be able to see the quantity skipped as well.
FedEx Registration for Pre-Registered Developer Account
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to easily support the entry of a developer account within the FedEx registration screen.
Banyan – Update Test URL
Within DCWarehouse© Automation the link pointing to the Banyan test environment has been updated to the newer testing environment on their end. The site that prior versions link to is becoming outdated and this new link should be utilized for testing purposes. The production link environment has not changed at this time.
