New DCWarehouse Features Include:
DCWarehouse Sales Order Entry – Shop Rates for Quotes:
Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to support shopping for rates when using the SO Entry Quote feature. Let’s face it, fuel costs are rising and that equates to higher shipping costs. This feature allows you to better communicate those costs with your clients before an order is placed.
Blind Shipping Customer Override Option:
Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to allow an alternate method for pulling the blind shipping information in the section called Blind Shipping Contact Override Option. This change will allow the contact override option the ability to also support and work with UPS (TForce) LTL Freight and FedEx LTL Freight.
Sales Order Entry – Notify Available Credit:
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to the SO Entry screen to allow the user to be notified if the customer selected for the order has any un-applied credits open on their account.
EDI Export – Commit Date Filter:
Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to the EDI Export utility to be able to select records by commit date instead of shipment date
Blind Shipping Truckload BOL Changes:
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to FedEx LTL Freight integration to support printing a BOL form with the necessary information for blind shipping.
Pick to Pallet:
Several changes have been made to allow you to better control materials as your warehouse personnel pick to a pallet.
UPS SurePost – Validate Weight:
Changes have been made to the Warehouse Package Manager screen to validate the weight to ensure it meets the necessary criterion to ship UPS® SurePost.
UPS Ground Freight – Validate Weight:
Changes have been made to the Warehouse Package Manager screen to validate the weight to ensure it meets the necessary criterion to ship UPS Ground Freight.
Picking Cycle Count Feature:
New functionality has been added to the Picking Cycle Count Feature to incorporate this with additional picking types from the wireless devices.
Ship Label w/Serial & SO Line Comment:
Within DCWarehouse© Automation additional functionality has been added to the Ship Label to include additional pieces of information for our customers sending serialized products.
Purge Picking Boxes:
Updates were made to the Purge Package Data Utility to allow the purging of related picking boxes at the time of purging packages as well as allowing the purge of pick box information by itself.
