Our team continues to improve the DCWarehouse Automation Suite with extremely important supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution features. Our goal is to help our clients better compete with time savings, inventory accuracy and modern technology! Our latest release 7.90.047 includes very important features and improvements.
This is a listing of updates in our latest software release and includes many new supply-chain, distribution and shipping features.
Select Pick Lines – Including Non-Inventory Items
Within DCWarehouse© Automation, changes have been made to the Create Pick list task to support all types of non-inventory types instead of just the Misc item type.
RF Cycle Count – Stock UOM Default Option
Within DCWarehouse© Automation, updates were made to the RF Options for the cycle count process to be able to automatically select the stock UOM (Unit of Measure) as the default instead of selecting this each time.
DC Stock Status – Add Item Description
Within DCWarehouse© Automation, changes have been made to the DC Stock Status Inquiry to display the Item Description in addition to the Item ID in case the user may not be familiar with the item ID’s.
RF Escape Stock Status – Display Warehouse
Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to the RF device to be able to tell which warehouse is logged into at any time through the use of the Esc button.
A New Bin Label Format
Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to the RF Bin Label report to format to the size 4×6 instead of a full sheet of paper.
Stock Movement – Multi-Lot
Within DCWarehouse© Automation, changes have been made to the RF Stock Movement process to automate this further for lot tracked items as well as serialized items.
Inter-Warehouse Transfer Bin
Within DCWarehouse© Automation, a new RF task has been setup to allow the ability to transfer all items in a given bin from one warehouse to another warehouse.
Pick-list 3PL – Add Elements
Within DCWarehouse© Automation’s Optional 3PL Module, changes have been added to the 3PL Functionality to allow the directories for placement of files to be set as well as additional elements have been added to the XML file creation. We also now allow you to increase the size of the Box Number Field.
