Our team continues to improve the DCWarehouse Automation Suite with extremely important supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution features. We have a new release jam packed with new functionality to help our valued distribution and manufacturing clients compete within their industry.

- SO Entry Process Type: Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to the DCWarehouse© SO Entry screen to allow the user to set pre-defined process types on an order which will allow you to set an automatic ship date calculation based upon the process type.
- SO Entry – Import SO Lines: Within DCWarehouse© Automation changes have been made to the DCWarehouse© SO Entry screen to allow the importing of order lines on the fly.
- SO Entry – Item Build Type: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the SO Entry screen to support tracking a build type for each item. This can be used to record an indicator for the item such as Make to Order.
- SO Entry – Build Type – Field Setup: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the SO Entry screen Build Type feature to automatically add the Build Type field to the grid upon setup if the option is checked in Set Up WL Options.
- SO Entry – Suppress UserFld1 Validation: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the SO Entry screen to be able to suppress validation for user field 1 if needed. This could be used if both the Sage screen and the DCWarehouse© screen are being used by different user groups and a field is required for one screen but not the other.
- USPS Endicia Registration Changes: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been updated to the USPS Registration screen to remove any outdated functionality.
- Pick List – New Order Detail Format: Within DCWarehouse© Automation a new pick list format has been created. This can be found under Order Detail format.
- Package Manager Display XML for Shipment: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the Warehouse Package Manager to now allow the user to view the XML directly from the shipment or package within the screen. The user no longer has to go to the XML directories to find this information.
- FOB and Freight Surcharge Changes: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the Maintain FOB Rules and Maintain Freight Surcharge screen to allow you set rules by item class. This will add another layer of flexibility with the system.
- DHL- Dangerous Goods: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to better support Dangerous Goods shipments with DHL.
- Pack List Invoice with Back Orders: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the Pack List Invoice form to now display back order information as well as accurately show payment information when a credit card payment is settled at shipment.
- DCSC Serial No – Remove Non-Alphanumeric: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the pseudo serial capability to automatically remove non-alphanumeric issues to avoid causing any issues when processing in Warehouse Packager Manager.
- Endicia Registration – Account 14 Characters: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the Endicia Registration screen to allow an increase in the number of characters for the account number.
- Cash Receipts – Credit Card Refund: Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to the DC Credit Card module to allow the user to issue a refund for a transaction that has already been posted. In prior versions we allowed this but it couldn’t be referenced with a specific transaction otherwise known as a non-referenced credit. Now the system also supports referenced transaction refunds.
