New Features Include:
New Stock Status Feature
Within our DCWarehouse Stock Status Inquiries your employees can run and save filters to ensure that lot or serial tracked items with a zero quantity in a bin are not displayed.
New Package Manager Multiple Lot Split Option
It’s now much easier to handle the multi packaging of lot tracked items when splitting the lots across multiple packages.
New Truckload – Billing Option for Handling Units
New functionality has been added to the Truckload Manager processing to add an option to record handling units, method of payment for LTL shipments and to further automate the Bill of Lading report functionality and printing.
New Banyan® Integration Improvements
We’ve made it easier to process Banyan calls and to understand the information being exchanged for firm planning booked loads.
Freight Forwarder Address and Contact Changes
Changes have been made to Customer Options and Sales Order Entry to allow the ability to enter freight forwarder information if needed when processing LTL type shipments. This can then be used to print on the Bill of Lading form.
DCCredit Card Inquiry
A new inquiry has been added in order to display critical information related to how the credit card database is setup. This includes information such as whether or not cards are saved as well as if the data is encrypted.
Ship Method – Default Package Type
New functionality has been added Set Up Carriers screen to be able to distinguish a default package type for certain UPS® ship methods. This is used in cases where you may receive a special discount if the UPS® service and package type shown are a specific value.
Shop Carrier Rates – Assumed Box Size
Changes have been made to the shop for rates feature to allow the use of box/package sizes in order to get a more accurate rate returned.
FedEx® – Recipient Pays Duty without Account
Functionality has been added to the FedEx® integration to allow the ability of having the recipient pay the duties for an international shipment without having to key in a FedEx® account number for this.
Packing List for Sam’s Club®
Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to support a new packing list format needed when processing shipments to Sam’s Club.
Endicia® – Retail Ground
Functionality has been to the US Postal®/Endicia® integration to support shipping with the service Retail Ground.
Customer Shipper Account Inquiry – Registered Only
Improvements to the Inquiry Menu allows you to easily see which customer account you have registered as alternate UPS® or FedEx® accounts using the registration process.
RF Print Shipment Forms
Within DCWarehouse© Automation functionality has been added to RF Print Shipment Forms task to be able to print all packing lists for a given pick list if needed. This can be very helpful in cases where the printer locked up and you need to re-print the packaging lists for all of the orders on a given pick list without having to print them one by one.
Pack List Invoice – Item Weight
A new option has been added to Pack List Invoice printout to be able to show weights next to each item in the detail section instead of only a total at the bottom of the form.
Package Inquiry – Print Labels for Selected Packages
Functionality has been added to Package Inquiry to be able to print multiple types of labels for more than one shipment at a time from the Package Inquiry task.
Replenishment via RF by Zone
Functionality has been added to the RF Replenishment task to be able to have users in different zones and only have them see the replenishment for their specific zone. In addition, features have been added to change the sort method for the replenishment such as bin, location, item, and quantity.
