DCWarehouse New Release for Manufacturers and Distributors

September 23, 2024 By Kirsten Austin

DCWarehouse New Release

DCWarehouse Automation is an evolving product, with many new improvements added with each release. Here are some new essential items that may help your operations and save you time and money.

Partial Listing of New Features in .051 and .052:

  • Shipment Sorter Changes—A few changes were made to better automate this feature, including adding a queue so that users can see a running list of what has been scanned and what is still left open to scan.
  • RF Stock Movement – Call from Esc Menu – This feature allows users to easily access the stock movement feature from any screen using the Esc menu.
  • ASN Label – An additional format was added to the list of available forms in DCWarehouse.
  • RF Call Main Menu from Esc Menu—This feature allows the user to easily return to the Main menu from the RF by using the Esc feature instead of using F4 to navigate through each menu.
  • UPS Authorization Changes—API Steppingstone—The direct integration with UPS has been changed to support the new OAuth authorization changes.
  • RF Work Order Process Change – Allow the user to force the scanning of the bin and UPC when moving materials for a work order.
  • RF Interim Bin Changes—This change affects both RF picking and RF manufacturing processes that utilize the interim bin feature. Validation will be added to the feature as an RF option to ensure users do not enter invalid interim bin numbers.
  • Ship label – Additional format changes have been made to the standard single ship label to show additional information such as Order #, Customer PO # and number of boxes/pallets.
  • Signature Automation—This process will now display if multiple shipments are created with the signature automation/will call process. In the past, this was built for more of a one-at-a-time process, but we now support multiple shipments handled with signature automation.
  • Move Stock Multi-Lot Processing – This screen was changed to work smoother for serialized products
